Whispering Pines is truly a luxury cottage rental, boasting an impressive range of amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The spacious open concept layout encompasses a gourmet chef's kitchen, pool table, great room with surround sound theater and more. Outside you will find a large attached deck, separate lakeside deck, 8x40 foot dock (docking for up to four boats), lakeside hot tub, fire pit, and double car garage all add to the overall experience of this exceptional cottage. This cottage is also extremely private with no other cottages to be seen while relaxing on the dock. Whispering Pines is truly a slice of paradise in Northern Ontario.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 75% balance is normally charged to the credit card on file one day prior to check-in.
60 days or more before arrival: Cancellations are fully refundable, including the initial 25% deposit.
31–59 days before arrival: The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable.
30 days or less before arrival: The reservation is fully non-refundable and the entire outstanding balance becomes immediately due.
For cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the guest expressly authorizes Paradise Cove Cottages to charge the credit card on file for any outstanding balance owing on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
By completing a reservation with Paradise Cove Cottages, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Payment Policy and authorizes the applicable charges described above.

Guest Responsibilities

Check-in is at 3 PM & Checkout is at 10 AM
Guests are responsible for all damages to cottages, property and boats during their stay. Additional charges will be applied to guests credit card in the event that damages occur.
Guests are expected to leave their cottage reasonably tidy at the time of checkout (cleaning supplies are provided in each cottage). a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who's cottages are left unreasonably untidy at checkout.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at Paradise Cove.
